1. About this notice

This notice applies to personal information submitted through the Bridavo website, including contact and launch-list enquiries. It does not yet describe the separate data-processing arrangements that will apply to customers using Bridavo Platform.

2. Information collected

We may collect your name, email address, business name, business type, the content of your message and whether you asked to receive launch updates. Basic technical and security logs may also be created by the hosting platform.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, understand interest in Bridavo, provide requested product updates, protect the website and maintain appropriate business records.

4. Lawful basis

Enquiries are normally handled on the basis of legitimate interests in communicating with prospective users and operating the Bridavo project. Launch updates are sent where you have requested them, and you may opt out at any time.

5. Sharing and storage

Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver email or support the operation of Bridavo. It will not be sold. Appropriate arrangements will be put in place with service providers where required.

6. Retention

Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, product-development records, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of legal claims. Launch-list details are retained until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
